08:09 pm - UPDATE!

Pete and Hannah and I went to look at a camper today. It was in the paper for a thousand bucks. It was old, but apparently it had been re-done inside. So we drive to this guy's house - a freakin hour away - and when we get there, there was another family hooking the damn thing up to their truck. THEY SOLD IT RIGHT BEFORE WE GOT THERE!! What a bummer, because it looked like exactly what we were looking for. Oh well...I told Pete it just wasn't meant to be.

Weight Watchers is going really well. I was even able to pass up the leftover PIZZA that Dad and Linda left in my fridge when they left this morning...Pete didn't ;) Linda, I was going to tell you to take it with you but I forgot. I opened my fridge to get breakfast after you left and thought "OH MY GOD" because pizza is my weakness!! I even went so far as to check the number of points in it before I came to my senses (or rather, before Pete showed up and took the box away from me!)

I'm a little nervous about going back to work on Monday. Thankfully, Pete took the day off so he'll be here with Hannah and I won't have to worry about her all day! I know it's going to be fine. But I'm having a hard time leaving her. I told Pete that when/if we have another one (not for AT LEAST a year or more, guys!) I'm hoping we'll be in a good enough financial situation for me to take a leave of absence for 4 or 5 years until both kids are in school. He's on board with it as long as I have a job to go back to. Apparently, he doesn't like the idea of me sitting around, living a life of leisure for the rest of my life. What the heck is wrong with him anyway???

Well, I guess by now you're mostly settled into your new place! Congratulations you guys!

I hope your trip went well and that you're not too homesick yet. Once you get settled in you can email me with your new phone number and address. Also, take some pics of your place and email those too.

Don't worry...I'll take lots of pics around here too and you can be sure that I'll email them regularly. If I start to slack off...just let me know and I'll send some right away!!

Good luck in school...I know you'll do just fine. Just set some rules for yourself (ie. no chatting/going out/etc until you've done at least a couple of hours of school work) and you'll be on your way. I'm so proud of you, kiddo.

04:14 am - Insomnia

Well...it's quarter after four in the morning. I woke up because I had heartburn like crazy and then couldn't get back to sleep because I was hungry. Can you imagine? So hungry at 4 a.m. that you can't get back to sleep? Anyhow...I got up, had a bowl of Cheerios and now here I am. Poor Pete. He wakes up everytime I do. Even when I'm just going pee...he's all, "Are you okay?" Hehe. He's just as sleep deprived as I am these days. I suppose we'll have to get used to it, though.

Now I'm getting tired again. Maybe I'll watch some tv. I don't want to go back to bed until I'm good and tired! If I go back to bed and end up getting up again I'll just be waking Pete up for no reason! :)

I didn't feel like replying to either of your entries, girls...so I'm just gonna do my own.

Things are good but I am getting pretty tired of being big and fat! It's hard to get out of bed mostly. Not usually a problem, but since I have to get up to get a drink or pee every hour and a half it's a bit of a pain! I actually told Pete last nite that I won't even mind waking up every few hours to feed a baby since at least I won't have to go to the bathroom (and even if I do, I won't have such a hard time getting out of the bed!).

Only a week and a half till my due date. Can you believe it? I am so not ready. The baby's room still isn't even set up completely yet! Actually, I may do that today. I'm up early because I thought I had a chiropractor appointment today...but when I checked it was actually on Tuesday. Ooops! Oh well. Gives me time to do other things. Although, all I feel like doing right now is going back to bed!

I have to get my butt in gear. Ciao!

07:28 am - STARVING!!!!

Okay...Normally right now I'd be having breakfast, but I have to go for blood work today and I'm not supposed to eat until afterwards. And...since it's a two hour test, that means I won't be able to eat until, like, 10:00. Not usually a big deal, but the BABY is hungry! ;)

Not much new here. We're slowly getting baby's room together. I can't believe that there's only 6 weeks left! Holy!

Kay...gotta take the hubby to work now.

02:10 am - I'm Sleepy :(

I can't sleep...but I'm tired. This is rotten.

Hey, Kel, it was fun to see you at work today :) You looked like you were having a good time with your customer when I was spying ;)

And Ash...it's not okay for grown men to make comments about your boobs. It's gross. And if it made you feel crappy, that's understandable. That happened to me once. I was visiting my mom when I was a teenager and I was walking down the street by myself and these old farts who were hanging out in front of some store made some comments. I was like...EEEWWWWW!!! These guys were old enough to be my grandfather! Man...men can be so stupid and disgusting. Would they be talking like that if you were their daughter??? I doubt it!

Anyway...can't wait to see you. It's gonna be fun!

I'm addicted to popsicles :) I ate 7 popsicles in 3 days. Now I have to go and buy more! I don't think it qualifies as a 'craving' though. I'm not craving them...I just really like them. YUM!

Speaking of food...Kel, how were the perogies? I had some last nite and mine were delicious, but they gave me heartburn :(

This sucks. I woke up at 5:00 am and can't get back to sleep. I had a bowl of cereal and now I'm going to go and read. That should put me back to sleep!

09:16 pm - You guys must be working like crazy!

Ever since I got this silly journal, just so I could be one of Ash's "friends", neither one of you has posted anything on your journals!! I check in faithfully every day to see what my sisters are up to and...nuthin!

I guess I might as well fill you in with what's going on around here. As you know, I just got home on Friday...well yesterday Pete left town! I'm telling everyone that's how we keep things interesting between us. We just never spend time together! It kind of sucks because he's not here to wait on his pregnant wife hand and foot :P but what can you do? At least I'm not alone. I have Ruby and Dwight to keep me company.

I saw the midwife yesterday and your little neice (or nephew) is doing very well. Nice heartbeat, lots of kicking, growing well, that kind of thing. She even told me I probably won't gain anymore weight (YAYYY!). Well, the baby will gain but I'll lose so it will work out even. I hope she's right! But for once in my life, I'm not freaking out about what the scale says so I don't really care.

That's it for me for now. I'm tuckered. I just got home from work and now I need a snack...
